Yes, Jeffrey's Bay movie house has at long last shown the latest Harry Potter film. A number of us from our small group went to see it and we all loved it.
I can still remember seeing the first film and thinking that it was okay but very much a kid’s film, not this one, I was caught up in the story from the very first scene.
As Harry and his friends have grown so has my enjoyment in the ongoing story of good verses evil. It’s fair to say that the story is getting darker and a bit scarier! Harry, however, isn't only growing in years but is growing in strength and wizardry skills to the point where he even teaches some of the other students how to look after themselves, which makes for some pretty funny mishaps by some.
The film has seen the development of some of the more background charters and the introduction of some pretty nasty individuals. Who is that battle axe from the ministry of magic? It was nice to see her get well sorted out.
The film was great and has left us all looking forward to the next chapter in this exciting story.
